At Get Motivated there are no memberships, no joining fees, no contracts, no pressure and no fashion shows. All personal training sessions are by appointment only with one of our qualified trainers. You can pay by the session or in advance and there are packages to suit all individuals. How many times you train is completely up to you. Some people work out daily, and other people see their trainers as little as once a week. Sessions range from 30min, 45min, 1 hour sessions.

Do I Need To Be Fit For Boot Camp?

NO! You will be pushed and encouraged based on your fitness level. All we expect in return is for you to give 100% during the training session in order to get fitter and achieve weight loss on the Gold Coast.
