George Saragas Hi, my name is George Saragas and I am the Director of Get Motivated. I have over 15 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry and have been helping people like you get in to the best shape of their lives.
It is a great passion of mine to see Get Motivated grow as a company and to see my clients achieve their goals and become confident, happy and positive towards life. I bring methods to training to test your mental capabilities as well as physical.

Lauren Newman Hi my name is Lauren Newman. With over 7years experience in the health and fitness industry, Personal Training, running Boot Camps and Instructing group fitness classes, I know what it takes in emphasising health, wellbeing, support and motivation.
I deliver a positive vibe and outstanding determination to achieve the best in my clients, as your health and wellbeing is my priority and passion. I will bring from the ground up when you are feeling down or out of sorts and help you achieve all your health and fitness goals.

Shane Wood Hi my name is Shane Wood. I have worked in the Fitness Industry since 1998. As a result of my experience and my background in competitive bodybuilding and boxing I have the knowledge to put my personal training clients on the right path to achieving their own health and fitness goals. I’ve made every mistake in the book, been given bad information, good information, tried bad workouts and nutritional plans as well as great ones. I have experienced frustration and been disillusioned with my results and faced the heartbreak and disappointment of debilitating injuries. I know how it feels to achieve success and failure which means you don’t have to struggle on that same path alone.
I can advise and instruct on training from basic to advanced fitness levels. I have experience in strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, posture correction and body composition improvements, injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal training and specific sports performance. I can also offer nutritional guidance and meal planning. |
Nadine Moxon Hi my name is Nadine Moxon. As a mum, professional athlete (natural body building figure competitor) and an ASN sponsored athlete I have first hand knowledge on how to get into great shape and stay there. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss, pre, during and post pregnancy, competition preparation and nutrition.
I provide my clients a positive and realistic approach to get to their desired goals as unlike many other personal trainers I have the life experience and the knowledge to get you to where you want to be.
